GOURMET SEAFOOD DINNER – St. Max Kolbe Academy is partnering with The Whiskey Jar Pub & Eatery and The Jerome Event Center to bring you a Gourmet Seafood Dinner. This Fri. March 28, from 4:30 – 7:30 pm at The Jerome Event Center. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door, and $12 for children 12 and under. Advance tickets can be purchased at St. Max Kolbe Church Office, St. Max Academy School, and The Whiskey Jar. The menu will include fried fish and baked cod, shrimp pasta alfredo, homemade mac-n-cheese, steak fries, coleslaw, dinner roll, and dessert. Beverages are lemonade, coffee, and a cash bar. 42c

WAVERLY KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS BINGO NIGHT – Sat., April 5, starting at 6:30 pm at the Waverly KC Hall, 301 5th St N, Waverly. 12 games of bingo will be played, at a cost of $12 for 3 cards, good for all 12 games. Refreshments will be available, including FREE coffee and popcorn. Proceeds donated to Religious Retirement. 42-43c

GLADIOLUS FLOWER AUCTION – Sat., April 5. The Minnesota Gladiolus Society annual bulb/corm auction, free and open to the public, will be held at the Cologne Community Center, 1211 Village Parkway, Cologne, MN 55322. The auction will be from 1 – 3 pm. This is a great opportunity to purchase varieties of gladiolus flowers you will not find at garden centers and you set the price. “FISHING WITH THE BUNNY BINGO – Fishing with the Bunny is back for more fun at the Blue Note
Ballroom, 320 3rd St. S. Winsted, on Sunday, Apr. 6. Doors open for this all-family event at 12:30 p.m. with Bingo at 1:30 p.m. There will be a silent auction, dollar raffle, live auction, and concessions, before the real action begins. There will be cash prizes, gift cards, meat prizes, and door prizes to win! The event’s proceeds after expense will be divided between the Winsted Arts Council and the Winsted Royalty. This event would not be possible without all of the volunteers and donations received from Winsted and surrounding communities that help put it on. We love seeing families get together and spend together, laughing, making memories while having a good time! 42-43p”
